Construction of the 11 story building at H. Feyrugasdhoshuge was the first real estate project invested by FALIM Group Private Limited, which is the holding company of HAZA Construction Private Limited. HAZA Construction came into existence as a result of FALIM Group’s intervention to complete H. Feyrugasdhoshuge project by taking over from the initial contractor due to negligence, mismanagement and delays.

HAZA Construction took over from the previous contractor and completed all work except concrete of the building.
